1. Free Services

Our basic retirement calculator and educational content are provided free of charge. As these services have no cost, they are not eligible for refunds. However, we welcome your feedback to help us improve our free tools.

2. Premium Services Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Premium calculator features purchased within the last 30 days
  • One-time consultation fees if service was not rendered
  • Annual subscription fees (prorated for unused months)
  • Digital reports or guides if technical issues prevent access
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Services already rendered (completed consultations, delivered reports)
  • Subscription fees after 30 days from purchase
  • Custom financial planning services once work has begun
  • Downloaded materials that have been accessed
  • Services cancelled due to violation of Terms of Service

3. Refund Process

Step 3: Refund Approval

Step 4: Credit Processing

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Note: Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. Refund requests must be submitted separately if within the 30-day window.

5. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing purchased services, we'll either fix the issue promptly or provide a full refund, regardless of the 30-day limit.

Billing Errors

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized charges will be refunded immediately upon verification.

Service Modifications

If we significantly modify or discontinue a paid service, affected users will be offered a prorated refund.

6. Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension and inability to use our services in the future.
